This draft includes the current website setup and topics requiring RNK Foundation review before launch. Effective date: to be confirmed.
Our goal
RNK Foundation aims for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a design and testing goal, not a claim of full conformance. A formal accessibility audit has not yet been completed.
Accessibility features
The site uses semantic headings, descriptive links, visible keyboard focus, labeled form fields, accessible dialog controls, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion support. Images that carry information have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology. The primary navigation and form steps can be operated with a keyboard.
Technologies and compatibility
Pages use HTML and CSS. JavaScript supports the mobile navigation, dialogs, forms, and image transitions. Core page content and links remain available without animation. The final statement should name the supported browsers and assistive technology combinations after testing.
Known limitations
A complete accessibility evaluation is still needed. External photographs and fonts depend on third-party services. The current contact, volunteer, giving, and newsletter forms do not send information, which may affect the expected completion flow. If you encounter a barrier, RNK Foundation wants to hear about it once a working accessibility contact is available.
Feedback and alternatives
Accessibility contact email, phone number, and response time: to be confirmed. When contacting RNK Foundation about a barrier, describe the page, the issue, and the browser or assistive technology you use if you are comfortable sharing it. An alternative way to access the content should be offered where possible.
Assessment and updates
This statement reflects a developer review of the front end. It should be updated after keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast, and automated testing, and after any independent audit. Statement publication date and next review date: to be confirmed.
