This draft includes the current website setup and topics requiring RNK Foundation review before launch. Effective date: to be confirmed.
Current giving status
The website does not currently process monetary donations, receive item or time offers, arrange pickups, or issue donation receipts. Completing any giving form does not transfer funds or property and does not create a volunteer placement.
Financial donations
The money-giving page lets visitors choose a proposed amount, frequency, and designation. No payment provider is connected and no charge is made. Before online giving opens, RNK Foundation must publish the payment provider, accepted currencies, recurring-gift terms, cancellation method, and donor support contact.
Donated items and pickup
The item form collects a description, quantity, condition, and preferred pickup details for planning only. It does not send a request or schedule a collection. RNK Foundation must confirm accepted item categories, condition standards, service area, pickup process, and what happens when an offer cannot be accepted before taking item donations.
Time and mentoring
The time-giving form asks about skills, mentoring interests, and availability. It does not send an application or promise a role. Volunteer screening, safeguarding, scheduling, expenses, and supervision arrangements should be defined before placements begin.
Tax status and acknowledgments
RNK Foundation has supplied EIN 42-2166432 and described itself as a 501(c)(3) organization. This website has not independently confirmed that status. Tax treatment depends on the organization’s current status, the gift, and the donor’s circumstances. No tax receipt is issued by this website. Donors should keep their own records and seek qualified tax advice where needed. RNK Foundation must confirm its receipt process and tax language before accepting gifts online.
Designations, restrictions, and refusal
The current interface includes general support and will list verified programs if added. RNK Foundation must decide how restricted gifts are accepted, what happens if a designated purpose cannot be fulfilled, and when it may decline or return a gift. These rules should be published before donations are processed.
Refunds and errors
No online payment can be refunded because no online payment is taken. Before payments begin, RNK Foundation must publish how donors can report an error, request a refund, cancel a recurring gift, and the time limits and exceptions that apply.
Donor information and contact
Donor details must be handled according to the Privacy Policy. Payment-card information should be entered only into a secure payment provider’s interface when one is connected, never into a general inquiry form. Giving contact and effective date: to be confirmed.
