Information involved
The contact, volunteer, item-giving, time-giving, and newsletter interfaces ask for information such as your name, email address, phone number, location, interests, availability, and message. The money-giving interface asks for a proposed amount and frequency. This website currently validates these details in your browser but does not send form entries to RNK Foundation or store them in a website database. Do not enter payment-card information in any form on this site.
When hosted, the hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps. The provider and log retention period need confirmation.
Why information would be used
Once receiving services are connected, inquiry details would be used to respond to your message; volunteer and giving-interest details would be used to discuss your offer; and donation details would be used to administer a gift if secure payments become available. The final notice must identify the applicable legal basis for each activity in the jurisdictions where RNK operates before collection begins.
Service providers and external content
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash. Requesting these files may share technical information, including your IP address, with those providers. A future hosting provider, form service, email service, or payment processor must be named or described here before it receives personal information. RNK Foundation does not currently connect a payment processor or form receiving service through this site.
Cookies and similar technologies
The current website code does not create analytics or advertising cookies. It uses browser local storage to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice. Third-party resources may have their own data practices. Read the Cookie Policy for more detail. Any future non-essential tracking will require this notice and the site controls to be updated before use.
Retention and security
Form entries are not retained by this website after you leave or reload the page, although your browser may retain information through its own features. Hosting logs, once the site is deployed, may have separate retention settings. RNK Foundation must set and publish retention periods for inquiries, volunteer interest, item and time offers, donor records, and hosting logs before those services are activated. Payment-card data must be handled by a qualified payment provider, never by these website forms.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information, or object to some uses. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. The privacy contact and request process are not yet confirmed. Until a receiving service is connected, this website does not hold submitted form records to retrieve.

This site is not intended to collect personal information directly from children. A parent or guardian should contact RNK Foundation before sharing a child’s information.
